Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Dilley, Texas will conduct a Regular Meeting, Tuesday September 9, 2008 at 7:00p.m. at the City Hall Avant Building, 101 S. Commerce Dilley, Texas 78017.

The following items to be considered:

• APPROVE RESOLUTION NO. 08-09-09, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DILLEY, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE SUBMISSION OF A CONTRACT AMENDMENT TO THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE CONTRACT – TEXAS CAPITAL FUND PROGRAM NUMBER 727092
• APPROVAL OF THE PROPOSED 2009 APPRAISAL DISTRICT BUDGET
• APPROVE RESOULTION NO. 08-09-09-A, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE CERTAIN CONTRACTS FOR WHICH SUFFICIENT BUDGET AUTHORITY EXISTS AND FOR CONTACT DOCUMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH SPECIAL PROJECTS AND GRANTS WHICH HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY CITY COUNCIL
• INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN FRIO COUNTY AND THE CITY OF DILLEY TO PROVIDE RAP MATERIAL, PERSONNEL AND EQUIPMENT TO PAVE THE PARKING LOT AT THE CITY OF DILLEY PARK AND TO REPAIR THE ALLEYWAYS OF EAST KINSEL ST. THROUGH EAST WHITE STREET

4. Discuss/consider & act on adopting ORDIANCE NO. 08-09-09, AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A MASTER FEE SCHEDULE FOR REGULATING AND ASSESSING FEES; PROVIDING FOR COLLECTION OF FEES; REPEALING ANY ORDINANCE IN CONFLICT WITH THE MASTER FEE ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; FIXING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE

The City Council reserves the right to go into executive session on any posted item(s) under V.T.C.A., Government Code Chapter 551, subchapter D; and if it does so after taking a vote in open session, it will then go into executive session the City Council will reconvene in open session to take action.
