Bulk Trash Information 
Bulk Trash is picked up by curb side twice (2) a year. Dates will be announced prior to the pick up.
The following items will not be picked up if placed by curb side.
Tires, Metal, appliances not tagged, closed drums or any type of bottles with liquid, batteries, refrigerators. 
Absolutely no construction material will be accepted by curb side. 

Bulk Trash allowed: Wood, couches, furniture, washers & Dryers. 
Please do not place trash by curb side until a week before the pick up date.

In light of the rapidly developing COVID-19, The City of Dilley Mayor Executed the City of Dilley Mayoral Declaration of Local State of Disaster Due to Public Health Emergency.
City offices will be closed to the public beginning Thursday March 19, 2020, Until Further Notice.
For Utility Payments, please visit the City of Dilley website at, payments can also be dropped off at the night box located on the West Side of the City Hall Building. 
For city services please call city hall at 830-965-1624. For service (water, sewer, gas) emergencies please call the on-call stand by at 830-965-2740.

Aviso de Hervir Rescindido

El 3-11-2020, la Comision de Calidad Ambiental de Texas requirio que el sistema publico de agua de la Ciudad de Dilley con Numero PWS TX082001 emitiera un Aviso de Hervir Agua para informar a clientes, individuos, o empleados que debibo a condiciones que ocurrieron recientemente en el sistema publico de agua, el agua de este sistema publico de agua debia ser hervida antes de que se usara como agua potable o para otros fines de consumo humano.
El sistema publico de agua ha tomado las medidas correctivas necesarias para restaurar la calidad del agua distribuida por este sistema publico de agua utilizada como agua potable o para otros fines de consumo humano y ha proporcionado a la TCEQ resultados de pruebas de laboratorio que indican que el agua ya no requiere hervir antes de usarse a partir de 3-13-2020
